Dr. Rachel is board certified to provide the highest quality of chiropractic care for the whole family.  The most common adjustment is called Diversified technique. The aim of the adjustment is to restore proper movement and alignment of the joints.  

AT THE FIRST VISIT

We will have you complete our patient forms located at the clinic or in an email sent when you make your appointment. This paperwork helps provide Dr. Viner with your health history and information on your condition. You will then be transferred to a consultation room where Dr. Viner will discuss your health problems, concerns and treatment options. A chiropractic examination will then test your reflexes along with a posture and orthopedic exams. Dr. Viner will then explain the treatment plan for you along with a report of findings. Dr. Viner will then answer any question you may have at that time. At the end of the initial appointment, Dr. Viner will then adjust you if adjustments are recommended. Home care is then explained to help the condition you presented for.

PHASE 1: RELIEF CARE

Most people go to the chiropractor because they are in pain. The main goal in relief care is to treat the symptoms. This may take more visits at first to keep you out of pain.

PHASE 2: CORRECTIVE CARE

Once the pain is gone, most people consider themselves fine. If the condition is not corrected, it has a greater chance of recurring. This is why it is necessary to continue receiving care even though the your symptoms (pain) are gone.

PHASE 3: WELLNESS CARE

Dr. Viner's goal is to correct your condition and start wellness care. To avoid developing any aches or pain, routine chiropractic care is recommended by receiving adjustments one time every 4-6 weeks.
